Why this change matters
The original Japanese promises a reminder before the deadline. The English source only promises an email after the request is overdue. The revision preserves that timing without inventing a feature.
Assumption: “Request” means a customer work request, and the English sentence is the client-approved source of truth.

How is AI used?
AI supports comparison, drafting, and consistency checks under human direction. This is not a certified translation or an independent verification of your product claims. Your product owner confirms factual accuracy and approves the final copy.
What should the brief include?
The public Japanese page URLs, corresponding approved English text, target buyer, preferred terminology, and any claims that must remain unchanged. The pilot is limited to public-facing copy. Do not submit confidential information, customer data, or login credentials.
When does the three-business-day window begin?
The window runs from the accepted, scheduled start date, once the complete brief and source materials are received and payment is confirmed. Capacity is one active pilot project per week. The start and delivery dates, applicable holidays, and revision arrangements are agreed before payment. Additional requests are subject to availability.
